RSSSUBMIT every time.If you have loads of Urls then get the SEO version which is well worth the extra. It is like having your own massive artillery network just sitting there waiting to beat the living daylights out of anyone. It also submits automatically to more RSS Directories than any other system out there. Will rejig our RSSSubmit Videos for everyone so they know how to interface our system with the RSSSubmit system as together they beat the cr@p out of any other system out there...period

Hey again, steves right! I only purchased RSS bot last month and there is a good reason it only costs under 30 dollars lol! I'll look at buying the Seo version of RSS submit if my pocket money allows!  ;D

We run an older version of RSSSubmit (need to upgrade to the new version) and it automatically submits to nearly 100 RSS Aggregators Automatically and someone mentioned the new version submits to almost 130 which if that is the case makes it the 900lb Gorilla in the marketplace.

Will upgrade to the new version later today.

It will be useful to see how to use rss submit and SL work together, so look forward to the updates.

Hey, one idea I had to help boost your bookmarking with sls, would be to locate your user account profile page for each bookmarking site. This will be the page that should host all of your previous bookmarks. Now one option could be to clump all of your urls into say batches of 30 or so and then add them to an rss hosting site. Then you take that new rss feed URL and submit that through the submitter.

I actually prefer the idea of really adding weight to each bookmarking account by individually adding each bookmarking account URL to the rss directories. This is definitely a pain in the rear end because it will take a long time.

But just think for a moment. Every bookmarking account submitted to the rss directories could lead to hundreds of back links ( of sorts ) pointing back to each individual bookmarking account.

This will bring thousands of link opportunities into play and really juice up your SLS account!

Steve will be able to add more no doubt, but thinking further ahead again.

Imagine each bookmarking account having been added to the rss directories and then to really power things up, imagine then using SLS to bookmark each individual bookmarking URL!

Now steve that be able to chip in here and tell me this is a waist of time ha! But if this is effective, and aside from the few days it would take to achieve, just think how powerful your SLS account could be then!

If nothing else, It would help index your new links like it was on steroids ha! ;D

Kind regards jamie ;D

Nope all of this makes perfect sense and is actually the cornerstone of the Simple Leveraging Methodology (or has been for the past two years) but there is a much easier way of doing this and also a way of doing this in such a way that it will create such a mountain of links that will actually blow your mind as there is a major twist in the tail of the software that we use for these directories of ours.

Imagine the following. First of all this software creates a unique RSS Feed for each user account. Now if you explore your user account and also explore your tag pages you will find that if you submit 20 tags per post you get a unique URL for each tag page as well, so we're up to 22 pages where your link are, straight off the bat. That is 1 user account page, 20 tag pages and the main homepage of the site making 22

Now the twist is this. On each of these 22 pages click on the RSS Button in the explorer or Firefox toolbar and you will find, hey presto it opens up the RSS feed of that page and if you explore these you will find there are also 22 unique RSS Feeds, one to match each of the 22 HTML pages. This therefore makes 44 pages where your links are found after each submission.

Now, as the Americans would say, simple Math time here. We will shortly have our network up to 349 Directories so.......each submission run will give you 349 (No of Directories) times 44 (number of pages plus RSSFeeds) links per submission which actually makes 15,356 link urls per submission.

Now we allow members to make 30 submissions per day so our SEO Members are generating 460,680 link pages of inventory per day.

Now I have a video coming out shortly that will show folks how to make their RSS Submissions really quick. We devised a way whereby you could bulk import Urls into RSS Submit and at the last count managed to import 350 Urls at a time and this meant that the RSS Side of things really flew.

Have fun!!

Steve

Steve question, I've submitted all the network sites via rss submit SEO version to 248 RSS search engine sites. Obviously as I add new bookmarks in to the SLS system I will want to somehow notify those RSS sites I've submitted to.

From a "best practices" perspective, do you recommend to resubmit to all 248 every so often or do you just recommend a ping every so often?

Do you use a ping service? I also see there is a "ping" plugin for rss submit?

Just wondering how you typically approach keeping those RSS sites from cooling down as you incrementally add links?

Well thats where a hidden aspect of the software that we use for our Social Bookmark Directories comes into it's own. Each time you publish a link, the pages self ping so it's kind of auto updating all the time and just keeps the Ping Bots ticking over. It isn't set to ping as many Ping Servers as some might use but enough to keep the action going on and to keep the temperature from cooling down.

On a side note this plugin (in addition to the ping feature) looks it could prove helpful. It appears you can import a list of RSS feeds for submission which could save some serious work in the spreadsheets etc. Wondering if anyone has had a go with it?
