Will I Be Penalized?

I just recently built a brand spanking new website from scratch. About 3 days old now. If I use the SL Submitter directly to this site's homepage/url, will I be penalized by Google for building links too quickly to a brand new site? Ex.) Submitting http://mynichewebsite.com into SL submitter bookmark network.

Short answer to this is no you won't get penalized as loads of others (including us) do it all the time. I have a longer answer about the overblown myth of penalties due to linking which I will post later but to get back to the matter in hand, go ahead.
